The creation of a typically Japanese restaurant has as its main basis the passion and interest in Japanese culture and traditions on the part of the two motivators of this creation, it is therefore an attractive life project which spurred the dedication to it.
The two key elements of this project, which, by pure chance, motivated by the reasons described above, simultaneously sought in-depth knowledge, therefore, a greater approximation to this culture, namely in gastronomy.
They attended a Training Course promoted by the Professional Cooks Association of Portugal, and taught by the Chef. Miguel Bértolo, one of the national personalities in the world of Japanese gastronomy, obtaining excellent results.
Driven by imagination, and by the fact that we can elevate traditions, providing future customers with a unique experience, “A little Japan”, wherever Kabuki Sushi went.
